Payments can be made using debit, credit, Health Savings Account (HSA), and cash. Information used for payment is kept securely via electronic records system. Invoices are sent via email after each session.
For Out-of-Network insurance, we provide insurance reimbursement 'superbill' that includes diagnostic codes, billing codes, and provider information. Superbills can be used to reimburse costs of treatment from insurance providers.

For non-insurance private pay, initial intake sessions are 60-minute appointments and include treatment plan, and diagnostic assessment. $95-$150
Follow-up Sessions: 53-minute sessions. $95-$150
