About
Welcome! I am a DBT therapist and enjoy sparking lifelong, positive change in clients. As a Level 3 DBT Foundational Trained provider by BehavioralTech, the training body of The Linehan Institute, I have previously provided DBT skill groups, crisis coaching calls, and enjoyed being part of a comprehensive DBT program in Northern Virginia. I was a Council on Social Work Education CSWE MFP-Y Fellow and trained in cognitive therapy in Philadelphia before training in DBT in 2017. Since then, I have eaten, breathed, and mindfully journeyed through everything DBT. I invite you to embark on your own journey toward positive change with DBT.
